You can arrive as early as 3 p.m. to settle into your room.
L'Alchimiste is located on the ground floor of our establishment and welcomes our hotel guests and non-residents every day (except Saturday lunchtime).
We offer a buffet lunch and a seasonal menu for dinner. And every Sunday lunchtime, you can enjoy our Brunch & Spa.
We offer different rates with different conditions:
- Flexible rate: free cancellation up until 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If cancelled later or in the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged without extras and is non-refundable.
- Early bird rate: as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking fee is charged and is non-refundable.
- Smart rate: as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking is billed and is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show: you will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
The Epikur Group has 12 establishments in three destinations: Aix-les-Bains, Dolomieu and Le Lavandou.
Aix-les-Bains:

Dolomieu:

Each establishment has its own identity and its own unique style, while sharing the same values as the Epikur Group, which include high standards of quality, a strong sense of service and a polished customer experience.
You can arrive at any time as we always have someone on hand at reception. However, please let us know so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
On the first floor, 4 comfort rooms have been specially designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
If you are not in a wheelchair, you can also book another category of room and, on request, we will provide you with a chair to sit in your shower.
All our rooms are air-conditioned. For ecological reasons, we limit our air conditioning to 21°C in the summer months.
You can stay in your room until 12 noon. After this time, late departure charges may apply.
If you wish to check out at a later time, please talk to our receptionists. (subject to availability)
Children are welcome in our establishment. Cots and baby equipment (bath, bottle warmer, booster seat) are available on request. And it is possible to add an extra bed for children up to the age of 12 in certain categories of room.
Our suites can accommodate up to 4 people. And the Riviera suite is designed for up to 6 people.
We also have connecting rooms for up to 5 adults and 1 baby.
We have both options, so please don't hesitate to ask.
Our superior rooms with a balcony and some of our suites have balconies with a view of the garden or town.
You will find a safe in the cupboard in your bedroom.
It is best to book, particularly at weekends.
Yes, our gym is located on the ground floor.
You can pay in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) on departure. French holiday vouchers (ANCV) are accepted. However, in all cases, we will ask you for a bank card when you make your reservation, in order to guarantee it.
For all bookings made at the non-refundable/non-modifiable rate, payment will be due at the time of booking.
Tourist tax is a French tax designed to help finance expenditure on tourism and the protection of natural areas for holidaymakers. Therefore, you will be charged €1.65 per person per day on your bill.
We offer a daily buffet breakfast for €25 per person. However, if you book in advance you can benefit from a preferential rate.
Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Our car park is available for €15 per day per vehicle. You can give us your number plate when you book so that you can access it directly on the day of your arrival.
